POST 5

 Hello everyone,

I'm a "Film and Television" student, and there are quite a few things I would change in my degree, and most of them are pretty big. I'm going to talk about 3 things that bother me a lot. First there are the classes shared with journalism, which are many and not very useful in my opinion. Of course, there are some classes and professors that are amazing, but it is very noticeable that the sections are very different from each other and the objective of the subjects is not clear at all. Besides demanding a lot of time for how little you actually learn.

Secondly, it would be better if the classes were more practical and less theoretical. I don't see the need to have so many classes that talk about the history of cinema, especially if they always talk about the same periods and movements. Without exaggerating, I have already been taught neorealism 5 times in 4 semesters of study. I want to learn how to use the tools well, and I don't think they will give so much time to this.

Finally, shorten the time of the career, although this is more a problem of university education in Chile as a whole I would say. A career like film and television doesn't need so much study time, I'm sure that if it were more to the point with the things it teaches, 3 years would be enough, more time is lengthening it unnecessarily.

 Hello everyone,

I would love to travel to the future for the thrill of the unknow. I imagine an ever-evolving world filted with technological advances, scientific discoveries and unknown opportunities. witnessing how humanity adapts and progresses in the distant future would be absolutely fascinating. I wouldn't traveltoo far into the future, just a few decades, say 2050, to be able to see what the world will be like at a time when, if all goes well, I should still be alive, and plan my life with that mind.

The possibility of observing changes in society, the environment and the way we interact with the world fills me with curiosity, what Chile will be like in those years, I don't think it will be much different, but maybe I'm wrong.

Exploring the future and being able to go back would mean discovering how the world develops, then we could plan our personal goal and dreams, thus having a future of absolute succes. I could have an incredible life because I would know what steps to take to get to the top, an unimaginable power, if I wanted I could change the whole course of humanity, maybe I exaggerate but if something taught me "Back to the future" is that time travel is crazy and that I could become a millionaire thanks to these. In short, traveling to the future would be an exciting adventure, full of promise and wonders to discover. It's impossible, but it makes for incredible fictional stories.

 Hello everyone,

It's complicated to think of my dream job, of course what interests me most is to be able to create films in some way, but that does not mean I can't imagine what interests me the most.

Also for now something that interests me a lot is marketing and everything that goes with it, so being able to work in this field would be amazing, becoming a marketing director is something that would really interest me.

I know the basics of marketing, the very simple stuff, but I'm very interested in the subject and I'm constantly studying and reading about it and I want to learn much more about the discipline and the theory of marketing.

Talking about salary, it's obvious that you always want to dream big and that the job you want the most also gives you an exorbitant amount of money, but thinking about something more realistic and that I think it could be possible with a salary thet would be decent to reach economic stability I would be more than happy, although for how contracts work in marketing and how you move from one proyect to another, I think the salary is a rollercoaster.

As long as I'm not sure which path in film I'd like to follow, I'm going to keep marketing as a path to keep in mind.

POST 2 > The best holidays ever

Hello everyone,

My best vacation happened a while ago this year, at the beginning of the year during the month of March. I went with my family to my paternal grandmother's house, it had been many years since I had visited her, it was very nice to go to see her after so long. We stayer for a week in Población, a town that is within the commune of Peralillo, it is quite small, but very nice. We visited people from the area and an uncle who also lives there. We also saw the animals taht my family has, some beautiful cows and horses.

After a couple of days we also went to the beach in Pichilemu. The last time I went to the beach was when I was still little and I honestly don't remember anything from that trip, but with this last vacation I was able to be at the beach again and better because I was with my little sisters who never had the opportunity to know it. After the week we were there, we came back and the small, but nice vacation was over, a nice and recent memory and I hope I can repeat trip like that soon.

Thanks for reading us.

BLOG POST 1

 Hello everyone,

I would love to visit Italy, specifically its capital, Rome, I have a deep fascination with Roman History. Undoubtedly, it represents one of the most captivating historical periods in the Euripean continent. Over time, I have immersed myself in the study of the Roman Empire, its leaders, mythology, wars, and even its philosophers.

As for the prospect of living in Italy. I'm not enterely certain it aligns with my preferences for a long term stay due to my relatively limited attraction to its overall culture. However, what does entices me is the opportunity to work on an audiovisual project within the country. The idea of traveling to Italy and creating engaging documentary or fiction content that not only captures the eye, but is also enjoyable to produce holds great appeal for me. I envision using the backdrop of Italys impressive architecture as a canvas for cinematic storytelling

Above all, what beckons me most to Italy is the chance to be a tourist and experience firsthand all the places Ive witnessed in movies and series.
